AR15 & AR10

Milspec, Lewis Machine & Tool, Larue, Knight’s Armament
Parts are gauged and tested for proper tolerance and interaction as an assembly.

  • Install new barrel

  • Time and install muzzle device - Crush washer, Accuwasher, Shims

  • Convert to different caliber, including .450 Bushmaster, .350 Legend, .400 Legend, 7.62x39, 6.5 Grendel, 9x19mm

  • Pin and weld muzzle device

  • Replace barrel, gas block, and/or gas tube on Colt 6940 series

  • Measure gas port and modify if need be

  • Install handguard, including all KAC URX series.

  • Contour and polish feed ramps

  • Replace gas block, including LMT MRP press-fit and KAC castle nut

  • Check and gauge bolt carrier group, SOTAR style

  • Dimple barrel for gas block set screws

  • Furnish Michigun OCKS screws, seal carrier key, and stake with MOACKs

  • Drill and pin barrel for fixed front sight base

  • Complete assembly of lower receiver
  • Check headspace
  • Install and stake receiver extension, using fixture for perfect alignment
  • Assemble upper with proper grease and torque specifications
  • Install trigger such as Geissele, Larue, Triggertech, Timney
  • True receiver face and bed barrel
